So for E15 dwellers, you train their Endurance up to 10, and you equip them with the +5 Endurance 'Sturdy Wasteland Gear' outfit. The way Endurance works, is that the amount of Endurance a dweller has the moment they level up, that's the amount of hitpoints they gain.
